 I have bought the TVplayer and video_presentation_red but when I changed the file format from flv to m4v, neither of the players work. Actually the file that I would like to play with both players are .m4v

Any help please.

 These formats are not supported by those playes yet.
Please refer to the README file for the formats supported and help support
