A: The Corporate account is capable of 2500 sim connects, however it is a guarantee if this level was reached you would be well over the bandwidth allocation for that account, and would be required to use the Enterprise or your own dedicated server If you anticipate regular usage of that many sims to videos then you should begin with a dedicated server not shared hosting
Please note that sim connects is to the Streaming (RTMP server)
Connections to Apache and regular http hosting does not apply. Only to video streaming for videos
