We have tested the videos on thewellnesspractice.com/media.cfm and did not notice any chopiness or stuttering. The first two videos are progressive streaming and the last appears to be streaming. We tested using a cable modem and had no difficulties. Is there a specific speed that users are connecting at that causes the stuttering? Please advise your connection speed.

Sorry you are having a problem with video playback
There can be several reasons for choppy videos, usually connected to the users internet connection speed, or local network lag.
Under our control:
Server capacity
Sever links to internet backbone Peers ( we use ntt and Level 3 and Qwest
Server performance under load
Streaming Server Software performance
Out of our control:
Network slowdown in viewers area, or beyond
Network Peer routing
Encoding bitrate of the video versus users connection speed
Buffer time in video player
Users Computer performance

While this does not account for the possibles under our control
it can give an indication of a persons issues due to internet speed
In some cases, a budget DSL can cause problems if shared in a same office or if the ISP drops their network speed in order to save money
Possible solutions:
Check encoding bitrate. Keep around 300-400 kbps
Buffer, 5% or 3-5 seconds
Use Streaming Server RTMP
Check for internet slowdown
