Hello,

I have paid two seperate people to install my PHP video engine. I paid $320.00 for the engine alone and both times it was installed by PHP installers the product looked good and worked but after uploading new videos I am unable to make them live in the system for some reason.

The newly uploaded video shows in the admin area but how do I get a green check mark next to it?

Are there any additional directions aside from the readme file provided

Thanks

We would have liked to have helped you with your install.

It is not suitable to post the login information here as its not private but you can send a private message or consult the help desk at FLV Hosting

Either way, we cant really help without knowing the URL where the system is located and login information to look into it

If the movie has been uploaded, but not added from admin, you will see X mark --- and if uploaded and added in admin, you will see next to the file name.

Simply complete all the fields to "make" the video visible and have the green checkmark visible
