Over Account Limit Notice

QUESTION

We are continually receiving messages that our bandwidth has been exceeded. We upgraded to 200GB of traffic and are only using a quarter of that, but we continue to receive messages. The limits on our PLESK control panel does not show the upgraded amounts.
Please advise as to what we should do. The URL in question is subdomain.flvhosting.com.

Hello
In checking your Plesk Control Panel the upper limits had not bee set properly
This has been resolved
You have 2 sets of limits
1. accounts as a whole
2. per domain within the account
You have control over the per domain limits and can adjust to your liking in the control panel
Currently you have the following
Disk space used 478 MB limit 10.51 GB
Traffic used 24.4 GB/Month Limit 205 GB/Month
