Please supply an Order number, FTP information or any other details so we can identify you each time you log a ticket
If we don’t know who you are or what network your account is on, it will delay your ticket.

FREE support; Our free support system is limited to making sure the servers have uptime, and your files can play as long as the coding you make is correct. We do not troubleshoot your code, open your fla files, provide tutorials (unless as a courtesy) or support programs supplied by other vendors.
We will troubleshoot Flash FLA files under PAID support
We do supply online tools such as the Code Generator and or RTMP tester to confirm your account is in working order
If FLV Hosting has supplied you with players, actionscript, or a delivery system, we are happy to troubleshoot that coding. If we did not write the code, or we did not construct the player(s) then we can't help you unless you employ (paid support) us to inspect your coding.
Support can and will check your hosting settings to ensure files FLV files will play given correct coding.
